The following terms and conditions apply to face to face and remote delivery of services. If you refuse to accept the terms and conditions then Ethically Led Ltd won't be able to provide the service.
The term 'client' refers to the education setting receiving the service.
The term 'agreement' refers to the acceptance, in writing, by the client of a proposal of work / invoice from Ethically Led Ltd.
It is with understanding that occasionally it is necessary for cancellations to be made at short notice. However, please do try to avoid this as the criteria below will apply:
Ethically Led Ltd reserves the right to withdraw from the agreed service delivery if it is believed there is any reputational risk to the company.
If Ethically Led Ltd needs to include an additional cost for mileage due to the distance required for travel to deliver the services, then this is currently charged at a rate of £0.45 per mile.
Any and all intellectual property rights in and relating to Ethically Led Ltd, the service and / or the materials are owned by Ethically Led Ltd. Unauthorised use of these materials including reproduction, storage, modification, distribution or republication without the prior written approval of Ethically Led Ltd is strictly prohibited and could result in prosecution.
The name and logos of Ethically Led Ltd and all related product and service names, designs, marks, logos and slogans are the trade names, service marks or trademarks of Ethically Led Ltd and may not be used without the prior written approval of Ethically Led Ltd.
Ethically Led Ltd recognises that anything the client shares with them is regarded confidential, whether regarding education related or personal information. Ethically Led Ltd undertakes not to, at any time (unless required to do so by law) either directly, or indirectly, use or disclose any information shared during service delivery.
Confidential information does not include information that is disclosed to Ethically Led Ltd and as a result of such disclosure it can be reasonably believed that there is an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm.

The client is aware that the coaching service is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy. The client enters into the coaching with the full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results.
Ethically Led Ltd will maintain professional indemnity insurance and compliance with regard to GDPR and the client's details.
A copy of the Certificate of Professional Indemnity Insurance for Ethically Led is available to view on request.

If the client has concerns with the service delivery of Ethically Led Ltd at any time, then they should report this in writing via email to claire@ethicallyled.co.uk
Honesty is crucial for the work together to be effective. Service delivery results are not guaranteed and the working relationship doesn't always work. Both the company and the client must be honest if their expectations of each other do not match and it would be better if this particular arrangement didn't continue.
